Brian Moore joined STEM for the 2022-23 School Year as a Secondary Math teacher. He teaches high school geometry, trigonometry/pre-calculus, and AP Calculus AB. This is his first year teaching and his first year at STEM! He also runs the Math Counts club, a competitive math club for middle schoolers.
He is finishing his bachelor’s degree at MSU Denver in mathematics and computer science. In his free time, he does research at MSU Denver in the field of representation theory, a subfield of abstract algebra. He enjoys playing pickup basketball at a nearby park when the weather permits, and he loves games and puzzles of all kinds, from Rubik’s cube and chess to video games and sports.
