Enrichment at STEM includes after-school care, clubs and activities.
Elizabeth joined the STEM team in January of 2021 as the Recovery Coordinator. Prior to joining STEM, Elizabeth was a volunteer at Challenging Heights where she developed a Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for the Hovde House Shelter for rescued child slaves.
Elizabeth also spent time with the Douglas County School District as an interventionist for a year, and with the Cherry Creek School District as a Special Education Teacher/Counselor for over 21 years.
Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Adams State College and a Master of Arts in Special Education (Severe Emotional/Behavioral Disorders) from CU Denver. She also has her Psychology degree (emphasis in Criminology from the University of the Rockies PsyD University of the Rockies.
In her free time, Elizabeth loves to travel, cook, read, yoga and ride horseback.
