Kate Wilt joined STEM in the Fall of 2024 as a 7th-grade science teacher. Before joining the STEM school community, Ms.Wilt was a middle school science teacher at Pinnacle Charter School.
Ms.Wilt loves fostering a greater understanding of the world around her students through the lens of science. Ms. Wilt received her Bachelor of Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2019. While at MSUD, Ms. Wilt focused her studies on biology and, in particular, botany.
Ms.Wilt’s hobbies include reading, hiking, camping, gardening, and spending time with her family. Ms.Wilt is happily married with three children and has lived in Colorado her entire life.
