Max Schwartz joined the STEM team in the Fall of 2020 and loves Drama/Theater. He has also taught Improv and Sketch to adults for 10 years, competed in the DPS Shakespeare at the Middle School level, and continues to perform in and around Denver. His recent work includes theatrical roles at the DCPA, performances in sketch and improv at theaters throughout Denver, and commercial acting credits for CBS, even a commercial for indoor skydiving.
He studied at NYU. His strong suits as a teacher are rooted in his belief that academic success comes from a student’s sense of safety, connection, and self-worth. He works hard to develop engagement and meaningful connections with and between students. He also plays guitar, has two terriers, a real girlfriend, and loves spicy food.
