My Bio

Mike Shallenberger has been at STEM since the doors opened 11 years ago, serving as the head engineering teacher. He founded STEM’s TSA chapter and also get TSA offered as a class for students to take during the school day.

He earned a B.A. in Industrial Arts from California State University at Chico and received his Professional Single Subject license through Chapman University. He holds a Colorado Professional Teaching License, a Colorado Professional CTE endorsement, a CLAD Certificate from San Diego University, is a MSSC Certified Trainer, a Fanuc Robotics Handling PRO, is SACA certified and is also a NC3 Snap-On Certified trainer.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, fly fishing, working on his VW bug, and working on most things with wheels and motors.
