At STEM School Highlands Ranch we put innovation at the center of learning to unleash the potential of all students and prepare them for an exponentially changing world.
Susan Graham joined the STEM staff in July of 2021 as a High School English Teacher. She has a Master of Arts in Literature from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Drama from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas.
In her free time, she likes to climb mountains and run trails. She has climbed all of the 14ers in the front range and many 13ers. Last summer, she ran the Ragnar Trail, which is a 36-hour relay race in Snowmass. Each member of her team ran 15 miles in total. She had the dubious pleasure of running the hardest loop, 7 miles with 1000ft of elevation gain at 2 a.m.
She also writes and is working on a non-fiction novel about her grandparents. Her husband is an automotive instructor at Arapahoe Community College. She has a sixth-grader at STEM and an eighth-grader at American Academy.
