Wow! We have completed the year. I could not be more proud of our athletes and coaches and the way that they all prepared, practiced and competed in CHSAA-certified competitions this year. We completed our 2-year probationary membership in CHSAA and are now FULL members with voting rights. We also finished out a 2-year membership in the Confluence League and will be starting a new 2-year rotation in the Foothills League next year as the Confluence League is dissolving.
Our Athletic Department is expanding! We will be offering Girls High School basketball, Girls Golf, and High School Speech and Debate next year. In Middle school, we will be offering eSports and Spirit/Cheer for the first time! We can’t wait to watch our students participate.
We have new coaches! Speech/Debate will be coached by John Griffin. Cheer/Spirit will be coached by Pam Taylor and Lilly Wiliams. Girls Basketball will be coached by Jeff Hager. Golf will be coached by Daniel Kerwin. Thank you to all of these coaches for agreeing to be part of providing the Athletic/Activities experience at STEM.
There are live registration buttons on the Athletic Website for all Summer Camps/Open Gyms and workouts. Also, Fall sports registrations are live. You can register for the Fall sports now so that any information can be sent to you over the Summer. You may wait to pay until the Fall.

Spartan Athletic Tickets Sold Online
Tickets for home Boys’ Volleyball will now be sold online through GoFan. Click the button to purchase your tickets online. Ticket prices are:
- Adults – $6
- Senior/Student/Military – $3
- Season Pass – Adult $40, Family $75 (up to four people)
- STEM Students and Staff are FREE with STEM ID
- DCSD Staff are free with DCSD ID
Volunteers get FREE admission! Passes are good for all regular season basketball home games. All tickets/passes include both JV and Varsity games on same day. Proceeds from tickets go to STEM Athletics to directly benefit our student athletes. Cash will still be accepted, but paperless via GoFan is preferred.
STEM Spartans on Video
Do you have family or friends who can not see their favorite STEM Spartan Athlete compete in person? The STEM Spartans Volleyball games will now be available to watch on a phone/computer/TV! Games can be viewed live or recorded (video on demand). This service is available anywhere the internet is available. Not only can you see ALL STEM home games, but any teams with the NFHS network we travel to are available as well! All home games, Varsity and JV are recorded. As a bonus, a portion of subscriptions are returned by NFHS to STEM Athletics to directly benefit our Spartan student-athletes.
