Battle of the Books – Grades 3-6 Student Informational Meeting 10/4
If your student missed the virtual informational meeting on Thursday, Ms. Ackley is hosting another meeting for them on Friday, October 4th, after school from 3:00 – 3:00 in room E221. Be a part of the show – Students will be coached in a medley of songs and scenes from Winnie the Pooh. Students will learn acting techniques, singing, dancing, and stage movement. In addition, we will memorize lines, understand scene work and the importance of working as a group. Our only requirement – your excitement and willingness to learn! No experience necessary! The class will culminate in a presentation for family and friends. Register

This upbeat class will get your child moving to the latest moves. The class is designed for beginners. Paramount to class is respect for one another and each student’s expression. Students will develop musicality, creativity, and coordination through Hip Hop, break dancing, and dance games. Register

Brain Bowl is BACK!
Interest meeting Tuesday, October 8th from 3:00 – 3:45 PM in room 230 (Mr. Voorn’s room)
Brain Bowl is a trivia competition for middle school students. At the competition, students work in teams of 5 to buzz in with correct answers as fast as possible while competing against other schools from Colorado. Brain Bowlers need to love trivia, watch Jeopardy, and demand that Trivial Pursuit gets played on every family game night.
