Amir joined STEM at the end of the 2023-24 School Years as an educational coach in the high school. During study hall, he makes sure the environment is right for academic success, and he conducts grade checks. He also works the drive-line before and after school and monitors the high school lunches.
Amir was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN. He graduated from Bethany Lutheran College in 2018 with a major in theatre. He moved to Denver, CO, in July 2023. His major was theatre, but his background, from the age of 12, is in education as a Special Ed Paraprofessional and youth outreach mentor. Through that journey, he has had the pleasure of working with pre-K-12 students. Although education has been at the forefront, He also loves to act, write (poetry, spoken word, rap, sing), do audio engineering, and go on hikes in the mountains as hobbies! His core ambition is to secure a future of innovative and positive people and grow with the community.
