Annette Nason is a dedicated Middle School Computer Science teacher with a strong passion for STEM and its community. Her journey in the STEM community began as an Educational Assistant in Kindergarten, where she cultivated her love for working with students. Over the years, Annette has held various roles, including serving as a Middle School Success Coach, where she supported students in Study Hall. She then became an in-house substitute and found her calling while in a long-term substitute position as a Middle School Computer Science teacher. This position ignited her passion for the field, leading her to return to school to seek to earn her teaching degree and pass the Computer Science Praxis exam.
Annette is known for her optimistic attitude and her unwavering commitment to helping students excel. She is deeply passionate about guiding students on their educational journey and is excited to share the wonders of computer science with them. Annette enjoys crafting, traveling, and continuously learning new things. She has been happily married for 22 years and has two children, STEM graduates, who are currently attending CSU.
