At STEM School Highlands Ranch we put innovation at the center of learning to unleash the potential of all students and prepare them for an exponentially changing world.
Chris is joining STEM as he fills in as the temporary school nurse for the fall semester. Before STEM, Chris was a pediatric nurse in the emergency department at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Aurora and most recently worked as a travel nurse on the East Coast. He also had the unique opportunity during the recent pandemic to be part of mobile testing and vaccine clinics in various areas of the country.
Chris looks forward to the opportunity to be a positive influence on STEM students and their health. He grew up in Morrison, Colorado, and graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
For fun, Chris loves to play beach volleyball and pickleball and travel with his wife, Dana, and tiny chihuahua, Bella.
