Gretchen is a 2nd-grade teacher at STEM. This is her second year as a 2nd-grade teacher but her third year at STEM. She started at our school as a 3rd-grade teacher. She is the elementary teacher representative for the PTO.
Gretchen loves working with kiddos and helping them reach their “aha” moments in the classroom.
She graduated from Fordham University in New York with a bachelor of arts in Sociology and Spanish, then received her Master’s in Childhood Education (grades 1-6) the following year.
Other than five years spent studying in New York City, Gretchen has lived her whole life in Denver and enjoys being near family. Gretchen’s hobbies include reading, swimming, baking, and skiing.
