At STEM School Highlands Ranch we put innovation at the center of learning to unleash the potential of all students and prepare them for an exponentially changing world.
Jon Jennings joined STEM School Highlands Ranch in 2020 as a member of the English Language Department and moved into the role of Gifted and Talented Coordinator and instructional coach in 2021.
He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Denver in Writing Studies and a minor in Literature, and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Denver in Curriculum and Instruction with licenses in Secondary English Language Arts and K – 12 Gifted and Talented Instruction. He is currently working toward his Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction of Gifted Students at the University of Denver.
He believes that every student has the right to an excellent education that challenges them while allowing them to use their unique gifts to interpret the world around them. Jon is thrilled to be in a role that allows him to support students and teachers across STEM in their pursuit of education. He enjoys cooking, reading just about anything, and getting to spend time outside with his wife, daughter, and animals.
