At STEM School Highlands Ranch we put innovation at the center of learning to unleash the potential of all students and prepare them for an exponentially changing world.
Kelly Reyna and her family have been members of the STEM community since 2016. She and her husband, Damien, have two children at STEM, a son in 6th grade and a daughter in 3rd grade. Kelly has been an active parent volunteer and contributes in many ways to STEM. She has been part of the School Accountability Committee (SAC) since 2018 serving as the SAC Vice Chair for the 2018-19 school year, SAC Chair in 2019-20, and is currently serving out the 2020-21 school year as the Vice Chair. Kelly has been a consistent volunteer in the classroom and looks forward to the time she can be with the students again. Kelly also volunteers her time every afternoon helping with ES Driveline.
Professionally, Kelly is the Director of Operations and Training for a three-store multi-unit franchisee, CARSTAR Ideal Auto Body. Kelly works closely with the Owners and the General Managers to identify areas of improvement and ensure continuity from store to store through training and streamlining processes. She collaborates with different departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes. Kelly is proficient in creating policies and procedures to adapt to the changing industry and facilitates protocols to stay in compliance with key partners. Kelly has a BS degree in Psychology and, although she did not pursue a career in mental health, it has served her well in a career working with different people in a management role.
