Kelly Reyna and her family have been members of the STEM community since 2016. She and her husband, Damien, currently have a daughter at STEM. Kelly has been an active parent volunteer and contributes in many ways to STEM. She was part of the School Accountability Committee (SAC) from 2018-2022 serving as the SAC Vice Chair and Chair. She started serving on the STEM School Board filling a parent vacancy in April of 2021 through May 2023. Kelly is currently the Board President and now serving the Board as a Class B Director through May 2026. Kelly has been a consistent volunteer in the classroom and looks forward to the time she can be with the students, but you will also spot her volunteering in the afternoon ES Driveline when her schedule permits.
Professionally, Kelly is a Senior ELEVATE Advisor for CCC Intelligent Solutions. Kelly leads a team of ELEVATE Advisors working with collision repair facilities across the country. Kelly and her team work closely with shop Owners and General Managers to identify opportunities for business growth, process implementation, and product training. She collaborates with different departments to integrate logistics with business syhttps://stems or processes. Kelly is proficient in creating policies and procedures to adapt to the changing industry and facilitates protocols to stay in compliance with key partners. Kelly has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and, although she did not pursue a career in mental health, it has served her well in a career working with people in a management role.
