At STEM School Highlands Ranch we put innovation at the center of learning to unleash the potential of all students and prepare them for an exponentially changing world.
Ken joined STEM in the Fall of 2024 as a Behavior Intervention Specialist. He earned a BA in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1991, a BS in Education – Secondary Social Studies from Kennesaw State University in 2000, and an MS in Psychology – Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global University in 2023.
Ken completed his requirements for becoming a BCBA by working for an in-home provider, giving direct care to individuals ranging from ages 5 to 38. In 2023, he went to work at Spectra Centers (a facility school) until moving to STEM in July 2024. His stated goal for leaving teaching and becoming a BCBA is to help as many students find success as possible and, in the process, provide behavior modification techniques to help teachers with classroom management.
