Laura Hoffmann joined STEM as a Secondary Special Education Educational Assistant in August of 2023. She has her Master’s in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado that she earned in 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minn..
Prior to joining STEM, Laura served a variety of roles with Advocates for Children from October 2010 through January 2022, where she served as a Case Coordinator, Peer Coordinator Liaison and a Volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate and Volunteer Peer Coordinator.
In her free time, she enjoys knitting and volunteering with the Dumb Friends League.
