Exhibit B – STEM Executive Director Responsibilities

LynAnn Kovalesky is in her second school year as Executive Director of STEM School Highlands Ranch. In the Spring of 2022, Ms. Kovalesky was named Interim Executive Director and was officially made Executive Director in August of 2022.

Before moving into the ED role, Ms. Kovalesky was the Elementary School Director for three school years. Her passion and joy come from supporting her staff and creating partnerships with families to ensure the social and academic growth of our students.

Ms. Kovalesky grew up in New Jersey and moved to Tucson, Ariz., to attend the University of Arizona. It was there that she started her career and a family. After teaching for 11 years she earned her Master of Arts in Educational leadership at Northern Arizona University and began serving in a leadership capacity in the Marana Unified School District.

After many wonderful weekend getaways to Denver, Ms. Kovalesky relocated to Colorado in June of 2019. Within weeks of her move and with much enthusiasm, she joined our STEM family.

In her free time, she enjoys all the outdoor adventures Colorado offers, visiting friends and family around the US, and time with her son and two pugs.
