Orleen is a 3rd Grade Teacher, who has been at STEM for the last 5 years. She has been in multiple leadership positions within the last 3 years. They include being the Grade Level Lead, a teacher mentor for new teaching staff, and part of the PBIS Leadership Team.
Prior to joining the STEM Team, Orleen was a Math Interventionist for DPS for five years. Her passion is guiding and educating kids. Orleen has a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from the University of La Verne and a Master’s Degree in K-6th General Education from Relay Graduate School of Education. She has been working within the educational field for 20+plus years. She enjoys traveling with friends and family and baking and cooking. Orleen looks forward to learning more about her students and having an opportunity to engage students in fun and rigorous learning.
