Stephanie Hart joined the STEM School Highlands Ranch team in August 2016. She teaches 6th grade Earth Science and 8th grade Physical Science this year. She has a passion for implementing student-centered, hands-on learning while helping middle school students learn life skills, real-world problem-solving, and why we should care for our planet.
Stephanie’s career as an educator started with a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, Renewal, and Change from Colorado State University, and she currently has 13 years of teaching experience. Formerly, she worked as a GIS Specialist after earning her degree in Geospatial and Environmental Analysis from Virginia Tech. She originally hails from the suburbs of Philadelphia.
Stephanie, her husband, and their two young boys enjoy skiing, hiking, camping, and traveling. She is also very passionate about her garden, staying connected with her long-distance family, and caring for her dog, cat, and chickens.
