At STEM School Highlands Ranch we put innovation at the center of learning to unleash the potential of all students and prepare them for an exponentially changing world.
Stephanie Hart joined the STEM School Highlands Ranch team in August 2016. She teaches 6th-grade Earth Science and has taught 7th-grade science and various electives over the past 6 years. She is passionate about implementing student-centered, hands-on learning while helping middle school students learn life skills, problem-solving, and why we should care for our planet.
Stephanie’s career as an educator started with a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, Renewal, and Change from Colorado State University, and she currently has 11 years of teaching experience. Formerly, she worked as a GIS Specialist after earning her degree in Geospatial and Environmental Analysis from Virginia Tech. She originally hails from the suburbs of Philadelphia.
Stephanie, her husband, and their two young boys enjoy hiking, camping, and doing crafts together. Individually, she loves to ski, garden, talk to her family on the phone, and snuggle with her dog and cat.
