We have launched the PikMyKid Dismissal App for our Elementary School Driveline for the 2020-21 School Year. PikMyKid is a dismissal program that provides an additional layer of safety and security to ensure that our students are be dismissed to the appropriate parent/guardian on the correct day. The use of this program also helps for us to enforce and maintain social distancing practices during the dismissal process. Click the button to the right to find out more about PikMyKid.
Ultimately, every family needs to have a color placard for entry into Driveline. That being said, it may take some time at the beginning of the year to get all the placards created. Everyone can use last year’s placards to start school, as we work to get updated placards for elementary families (or others who need them) in the next few weeks. The placards are required so that you know what time to drop-off and pick up your student(s); and to assist driveline staffers, particularly with bringing out younger children. Placards need to be displayed on the driver’s side visor showing student’s last name. For families with more than one child, last name on the placard is based on the youngest sibling’s last name.
Please email support@stemk12.org with your student’s name(s) and grade(s), so that a placard can be assigned and printed for you. If you have a carpool group, just include the names and grades for all students in the carpool, and include at least one parent of each family on the email distribution.

NOTE: CARS WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE PARKING LOT DURING YOUR ASSIGNED PICK-UP TIME WINDOW OR AFTER. This is a critical to the effective flow of cars. We are not able to accommodate cars that arrive earlier than their assigned time window due to their rider not being outside and ready for loading in the pick-up zones. Site parking space is limited and there will be nowhere for extra vehicles to wait.
Elementary students are led outside by the classroom teacher at their assigned release time from the above chart. They will be waiting in the designated pick-up loop. Elementary siblings will be held in selected areas and released to middle/high school siblings or carpool students between 2:50-3:00 pm. Anyone not picked up by 3:00 pm will report to BASE (after school program) located in the Elementary School gym. For Middle School and High School students: Anyone not picked up by 3:15 pm will need to report to the Middle School cafeteria for after school care.
High School Drivers: HS drivers (displaying a STEM-issued HS Parking Pass) will enter using the carpool express lane to park in the High School Parking Lot (located in front of the Middle School).
MS Crosswalk: Between Driveline groups, a parking attendant will direct students across the crosswalk at the Middle School Entrance.
* Bikers and Walkers will be release before Driveline begins and must cross at designated crosswalks.
High School Drivers: HS drivers will merge into the driveline as they leave their parking spaces, and will exit through the Middle School Entrance driveway.
MS Crosswalk: Between Driveline groups, a parking attendant will direct students across the crosswalk at the Middle School Entrance.
