STEM Raises Over $12K (so far) For Wish Week 2024

Time to celebrate!

STEM capped off another amazing Wish Week with a pep rally followed by a fun carnival in the Elementary and Secondary gyms.  The total amount is still being counted, but we know that so far we’ve raised over $12,000 to send Wish Kid Bella and her family to Disney World.

A big congratulations to our NHS students and Kathy Dwyer for helping organize and coordinate all of the incredible events that we saw this week.

Keep an eye out in the newsletter and on social media for more updates as we tally the final count!  Thank you to everyone who participated in STEM’s Wish Week 2024.

Three STEM Sophomores Have Grown Up Together Over The Years At STEM

A walk down memory lane.
STEM Sophomores Thomas Lewis, Rehan Chaudhari and Shanmukha Ragampudi have a remarkable story. The three are all close friends and have attended STEM since 3rd grade.
After finishing an interview with STEM Communications about their unique friendship, the three visited some of their early elementary school classrooms.
Being a K-12 school all in one building, many of our students have similar experiences and develop a strong connection and bond. Look for their interview soon on STEM social media! Also, if you haven’t yet subscribed to our YouTube channel, you can do that here:

STEM Receives Stop Sign Donation From Parent To Help With Driveline Traffic

A special shout-out to one of our amazing STEM families who built a stop sign to help with the flow of driveline traffic.  Prior to that, we had been using cones and relying on our driveline volunteers to ensure that vehicles stop at the right times.  This donated sign will greatly help with our traffic control efforts.  We love problem solvers!
