Ornithology club's first birding trip - huge success!
The new Ornithology Club went on its first Saturday birding trip this past weekend. Eight students woke up before dawn and trekked through a field to look for and practice identifying birds. We saw 24 species of birds in less than 2 hours! Our next after-school meeting of the Ornithology Club is Wednesday, Sept. 14 from 3-345 p.m. in room 132 and our next Saturday birding trip is September 17.
