Empathy
Elizabeth mentioned that Kelly offered to help out in any way she can with the students in preparation for our drill tomorrow. She exhibited empathy, respect, and integrity with her thoughtfulness and helpfulness. She wanted to alleviate the stress and spread comfort to everyone by offering to do anything that was needed. Thanks, Kelly! You are a selfless teammate.
