STEM Staff Shout-Outs! (09/29/23)

Staff Shout Outs

Each week, members of the STEM Staff recognize their fellow teammates for the elements from the Formula for Character that they were exhibiting. Check out this week’s teachers that were honored.

Neethu Ramachandran

Responsibility

You can always count on Neethu, she’s always willing to help!

Maura Ridder

Empathy

Mrs. Ridder always has time to listen to staff who need help with anything!

Headshot of Becky Hathaway

Becky Hathaway

Responsibility

Becky has gone above and beyond for her students, the parents, a co-teacher (me), and countless others. I have honestly never met anyone more dependable in my life. Like, ever. There’s no shout-out loud enough for this STEM Superhero whose super power is apparently getting allocated more than 24 hours a day, or possibly existing in more than one place at the same time. Either way, thank you Mrs. Hathaway!

Gloria Berreth

Integrity

Gloria spends day and night working hard, planning her multiple levels of Spanish classes to deliver intentional and effective lessons. She even plans lessons on her phone while at her daughter’s sports practice! Even when she has things to do, she goes out of her way to help others. We are truly lucky to have her!

Greg Reichmuth

Responsibility

Greg is always coming up with fun ideas for his class, and spends time at home preparing materials and documents for his students. He always tries to be the best he can be and is constantly seeking feedback on how to be an even better teacher!

Jessica Bates

Responsibility

You are the most valuable member of the math team. You are one of the most reliable employees I’ve ever had. You’re so great to work with.

Morgan Roberts

Responsibility

Morgan has been an excellent new addition to the STEM team! You’d never know he just started at STEM a few weeks ago; he’s already having innovation meetings about how to make the theater department even better!

Annette Nason

Anthony Flores

Hiroko Ichijo

Integrity

Annette, Anthony and Hiroko have been giving up their personal time collectively to fill as the After School Program Assistant, since the start of the school year. Secondary After School Care and Elementary Enrichment programs were able to run smoothly for the past 37 school days because of their integrity, responsibility and empathy for STEM’s after school programs. Annette, Anthony and Hiroko – Thank you all so very much!
