Libby Rivera is the K-5 Social Worker. Libby Rivera joined STEM for the 2022-23 School Year as the Elementary Social Worker. Prior to joining STEM, she lived in San Jose, California and worked as a social worker in East Side Union High School District while finishing her MSW. She graduated from California Baptist University with her BA in Sociology. In 2022, she earned her Masters in Social Work. She currently holds a Colorado Special Service Provider’s License in School Social Work. Libby is a California native and loves exploring – she has been to 26 countries! She married her husband Joey in September 2022 and together they enjoy traveling, cooking, and laughing at their spazzy cat Moxie.

Hobbies: I love to travel internationally – just visited my 26th country this year. I enjoy music, crafting, reading, cooking for and hosting friends/family at my house!
