Enrichment Registration to Transition to MySchoolBucks

Dear STEM School Highlands Ranch Community,

I am excited to announce that STEM Enrichment is transitioning to the MySchoolBucks platform for after-school activities registrations, payments, donations and more.

STEM has requested that Greater Giving turn off our registration links and close our account with the company. This may take a few days to process. In the meantime, please do not use Greater Giving links or links with https://stemacademy.ejoinme.org in the URL for student registrations or donations moving forward.

We are making this transition to improve the ease of access and registration for Enrichment offerings.

Due to the time constraints of the transition, we are requesting that you do not use any of the current or past Greater Giving registration/payment links from newsletters, emails, etc., starting immediately. Greater Giving is in the process of canceling STEM’s account, and payment links will become inactive once their process is complete.

The links have been removed from our website, however, there may be some active links in past emails. Please do not use those links. If you need to register a student for an activity that was previously being processed through Greater Giving, please contact the activity leader or melanie.fitzroy@https://stemk12.org to be sent an alert when a MySchoolBucks Payment option is available.

Please keep all Greater Giving email receipts for your records. All payments made before January 27, 2023 are documented. Any payment made after today may not be recorded. If you have any questions or have an email receipt from Greater Giving for a registration payment dated after 1January 26, 2023, please contact melanie.fitzroy@https://stemk12.org.

Starting today, all refund requests for activities payments that were processed through the Greater Giving platform will be reviewed to verify payment before a physical check is mailed to the purchaser.

We ask for your patience and understanding during this transition.

Kind regards,

Melanie FitzRoy, Enrichment Coordinator
