Congratulations to 2018 STEM Alumna Sofia I. Bates on her graduation from NYU!
- Sofia started in STEM’s very first year as a 6th grader all attended the way through graduating in 2018.
- She graduated NYU with a B.A. in Environmental Studies.
- She attended classes in Manhattan and spent one semester abroad in Florence Italy, which was unfortunately shortened by the Covid pandemic.
- The College of Arts and Science commencement was at Radio City Music Hall on Tuesday, May 17.
- The full NYU graduation was at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday, May 18. This is also the one where Taylor Swift was the keynote.
