The moment that you’ve all been waiting for has arrived! Schedules will begin to appear in Infinite Campus starting tomorrow at 8 a.m. Click here to access the DCSD Parent Portal.
Families with Elementary School students will be able to see their student’s teacher. If you have questions about your student’s teacher assignment, please reach out to Elementary School Director, Amie McElroy at amie.mcelroy@stemk12.org. Please keep in mind that we used student data and teacher input to put together classroom assignments and match students to prepare them for success.
Families with Secondary School students will be able to view their student’s complete schedule for the first semester. It is important to note that there may be schedule shifts as we get closer to the start of school as more students join and if there are any staffing changes.
The counseling team is asking that all secondary parents review their student’s schedule to ensure your student has a Math, English, Science and Social Studies course (HS Students), and Math, English, Science, Social Studies, Computer Science, and Engineering course (MS Students).
If you would like to request a schedule change, or your student is missing one of their core courses, you must complete the appropriate schedule change request form below. The forms are the only way to submit a schedule change request.
If you have a question for one of our counselors, that does not pertain to a schedule change request, you can email either mscounseling@stemk12.org or hscounseling@stemk12.org. Please include your student’s First and Last Name in the subject line. Counselors will not respond to any schedule change requests that are submitted via email. The deadline to make schedule changes is August 11, 2023.
Please keep in mind that the start of the school year is hectic so we want to remind all students and families to be patient as we work through all of the schedule change requests that are being submitted.
