Michelle has stepped up to help her fellow coaches out and used her time to observe me so that I can grow as a teacher. Her words of encouragement have been helpful over the past few days.

Yacina has been taking on two new subjects with only one planning time, but she has been sure to step up and help all of her fellow math teachers with their planning as well. She is a great friend to have during such a difficult time in our careers!
Mackenzie Campbell

Mackenzie has been an absolute angel in disguise this year! Her desire to help our students is evident every day, and she also focuses on supporting the teachers she works with as well. I wouldn’t be able to do this year without her!

LynAnn is such an incredible leader. She leads with confidence, assurance, and empathy. She is always available as a sounding board and encourages others. She will not leave you to solve the problem on your own but will walk alongside you. I am so grateful for her!
