Each week, members of the STEM Staff recognize their fellow teammates for the elements from the Formula for Character that they were exhibiting. Check out this week’s teachers that were honored.
Mona Loptien
Responsibility
Mona goes above and beyond to make sure that those who need coverage for their classes get it, whether it is for an absence for a meeting or an unexpected need, Mona makes it happen even when that means shifting multiple people and schedules at all hours of the day and night.
MacKenzie Harper
Responsibility
Mackenzie is always ready to help answer questions or make changes for teachers who are struggling with the new Mastery Tracker. She is patient and kind and makes it easy to ask for help. This is very much appreciated!
Julie Adamek

Even though Julie is learning a new role, she still helps out anywhere she can! Julie is always willing to go the extra mile to help everyone.
Bella Doucet

Ms. Doucet is known for her ever-lasting work ethic and energy. She is constantly moving, supporting, and putting a smile on our community’s faces. She picks up so much extra weight with a smile on her face.
Jon Jennings

Jon is always finding ways to support our teachers and students while holding them to high standards. His ability to show empathy and sound reasoning has made him a leader in many areas of our school.

She has just been awesome from DAY ONE in helping me set up my classroom, helping me with Canvas/Mastery tracker, helping me when talking to parents, and helping with my students. She has been AWESOME!
Nicole Bostel

Nicole is someone who truly cares about the people she is around. She is always understanding of life events and demonstrates the compassion and flexibility that comes with truly being empathetic. It is one of the many qualities that makes her an outstanding Director of Communications and if someone is in need of assistance she is always willing to help in any way that she can. I am grateful each day for Nicole and all that she does for STEM!
