I joined the STEM Team when the Elementary School opened in August of 2016 as an Educational Assistant in Kindergarten. I am now an Office Assistant in the Secondary. Prior to joining STEM, I ran a general contracting company along with my husband. My husband and I have raised our two children here in Douglas County.
Our daughter started at STEM in 6th grade. I saw the way that STEM challenged her and helped her find her “people”. The school was a blessing to her and I yearned to give back, first as a parent volunteer and eventually, as a staff member. It has been a joy to come to work and help teach these amazing young Spartans!
I love living here in Colorado and spending time outdoors with my family and our three dogs. I enjoy hiking, cooking, baking, gardening and art.
