Courtney Alascio joined the STEM team in the fall of 2022 and is currently in her third year of teaching in Colorado. Prior to moving to Colorado, Courtney taught in North Carolina for seven years – with a brief pit stop to Italy to teach English somewhere along the way.
Courtney graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014 and has taught in infant, Pre-K, and First Grade classrooms ever since. In her spare time, she tutors many different age groups as well.
In what little time she has left when not working with children, Courtney enjoys horseback riding, hiking, going to the gym, reading, and creating.
